OFA Collectif
OFA Collectif is a Brussels-based collective whose aim is to build cooperative networks among young people and to develop projects by drawing on a range of skills.
The principle is simple: to bring together young people with different backgrounds and talents — musicians, graphic designers, videographers, entrepreneurs, and actors — so that they can work together on projects that none of them could have undertaken alone. It is the complementary nature of their skills that makes the collective so strong. But OFA is much more than just an organisation. It is a genuine mindset, founded on a deep conviction: everyone has something to contribute and deserves a space to develop their ideas. Here, no one is sidelined because they don’t fit into a box. On the contrary, it is precisely the diversity of profiles, backgrounds and ambitions that makes the collective so rich. OFA operates on the principle that the best ideas emerge when we stop working in silos and choose to surround ourselves with others rather than isolate ourselves. The network is not an end in itself; it is the fertile ground in which projects grow.
